Heating Contracts Manager

Based in Falkirk, Renewable Heat was set up in 2014 by Barry and Ritchie having spotted a gap in the heat pump market. Key Responsibilities:

This role is customer-facing and requires you to lead and manage a team of heating engineers. It also requires technical knowledge and experience.

Design, install, and commission a heating system in both new build and retrofit projects.
Prepare a programme of work and manage operational delivery within agreed budgets and timescales.
Address and resolve project-related issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with company health, safety and welfare, and employment policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing client expectations.
Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project progress, financial status, and any significant issues.
Lead and manage a team of engineers fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in contract management processes and implement best practices.

What qualifications do you need

NVQ level 3 in plumbing or similar
Water Regulations Qualification
A recognised MCS heat pump qualification though not essential
Full driving license with no more than 6 points
