Read more[ here](https://renewableheat.com/join-our-team/).   **Key Responsibilities:** This role is customer-facing and requires you to lead and manage a team of heating engineers. It also requires technical knowledge and experience. - Design, install, and commission a heating system in both new build and retrofit projects. - Prepare a programme of work and manage operational delivery within agreed budgets and timescales. - Address and resolve project-related issues that arise. - Ensure compliance with company health, safety and welfare, and employment policies. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing client expectations. - Provide regular updates to clients and senior management on project progress, financial status, and any significant issues. - Lead and manage a team of engineers fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in contract management processes and implement best practices. **What qualifications do you need** - NVQ level 3 in plumbing or similar  - Water Regulations Qualification - A recognised MCS heat pump qualification though not essential - Full driving license with no more than 6 points **Why work with us?** As a heating and plumbing engineer, you can enjoy these perks: - £50K - £55k  annual salary depending on experience - 31 dates annual leave - bank holidays can be used flexibly - Working as part of a team based in our Falkirk office - Flexible start and finish times - Pension plan - Parental leave - Ongoing training and support **Career development** We are a small business and team, where every individual plays a crucial role.
